1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PKR123 online gaming and sports betting platform ("Platform", "Service", "pkr123"), operated under the brand name PKR123 and accessible at the domain pkr123.cam.

PKR123 provides an online gaming environment covering sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports), live casino, instant games and slot games. These Terms apply to all users who visit, register, deposit, wager or otherwise interact with the Platform.

PKR123 does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users accessing the Platform from within Pakistan do so at their own risk and must satisfy themselves as to the lawfulness of their participation under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the PKR123 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a user's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a user's Account under a promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including the submission of identity documents (e.g. CNIC, passport) and proof of address, required to verify user identity and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the PKR123 website, mobile-responsive interface and any associated services accessible via pkr123.cam.
• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which Account balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum multiple of a Bonus Fund amount that must be wagered on qualifying games before the Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Operator" means the entity responsible for the operation of the PKR123 Platform as disclosed in the Platform's published licensing and operational disclosures.
• "User", "Player", "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the PKR123 Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the PKR123 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. PKR123 does not accept registrations from individuals who are or appear to be under the minimum required age.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Single account: You may only hold one Account on the PKR123 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
4. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with PKR123 or any responsible gambling programme at the time of registration.
5. Personal use: Accounts must be registered and used for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial or professional use of the Platform on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
6. Accurate information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and current. You must not register using false, misleading or another person's identity.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth and country of residence.

PKR123 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• When account activity triggers internal compliance review thresholds;
• When account details do not match submitted payment method information;
• At the Operator's discretion as part of routine anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days). Documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. PKR123 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient.

Failure to complete KYC verification upon request may result in the suspension of withdrawal access or the suspension of your Account until verification is completed to the Operator's satisfaction.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. PKR123 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.

You must not:

• Share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account;
• Use automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Access the Platform through a VPN, proxy server or anonymising service with the intent of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify PKR123 immediately via the published support contact. PKR123 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

6 Deposits

Deposits to your PKR123 Account must be made via the payment methods listed in the Platform's current cashier. Available methods are subject to change at the Operator's discretion. Familiar payment references acknowledged by the Platform include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as select cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). These references are provided for user familiarity only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability or an endorsement by or of those payment providers.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PKR123 does not charge deposit fees; however, payment providers may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account promptly, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method.
• PKR123 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit is flagged by our compliance systems.

Deposits made to participate in gambling activities are made at your own risk. PKR123 does not guarantee that any particular payment method will be available at any given time.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Platform cashier subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to any withdrawal being processed.
2. The withdrawal method must match the identity of the verified Account holder — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
3. Any active Bonus Funds in your Account must have satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
4. Your Account must be in good standing with no pending compliance reviews or restriction flags.
5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are as specified in the Platform cashier.

Processing times for withdrawal requests are determined by the Operator and the receiving payment provider. PKR123 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Requests may be delayed where additional verification is required or where compliance review is triggered.

PKR123 reserves the right to withhold, delay or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering concerns or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, PKR123 may offer promotional bonuses to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, referral credits and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all PKR123 promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria will be specified per promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games and validity periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• PKR123 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of any funds already under active wagering conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible user. Where a user holds multiple Accounts in violation of these Terms, all associated bonuses will be void.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the PKR123 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game type or sports market, as published within the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you agree to those specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. PKR123 does not generally accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a system error, technical malfunction or manifest pricing error, PKR123 reserves the right to void any affected bets at its discretion. Users will be notified of any such voids and stake amounts will be returned to Account balances where applicable.
• PKR123 reserves the right to limit or restrict maximum bet amounts on any market, account or game category at its discretion.
• For live/in-play betting markets, PKR123 cannot guarantee odds or market availability will remain stable due to the real-time nature of sporting events. In-play bets accepted are binding at the odds confirmed at time of placement.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on casino games and slots are provided for informational purposes and represent statistical long-run averages. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKR123 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity;
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform through technical means designed to circumvent geographic, account or security restrictions;
• Providing false information during KYC verification or any other compliance process;
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, deception or misrepresentation directed at PKR123 or other users.

PKR123 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law. Where fraud or financial crime is identified, PKR123 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to appropriate authorities.

11 Responsible Gambling

PKR123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling programme, the full details of which are published in our Responsible Gambling Policy at /responsible-gambling.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may apply maximum loss thresholds to limit financial exposure within defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders or hard limits on continuous session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting PKR123 support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Session notifications may be enabled to remind users of elapsed play time.

12 Intellectual Property

All content published on the PKR123 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game titles, promotional materials and software, is the intellectual property of PKR123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of PKR123.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR123 and its Operator exclude all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional materials;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PKR123 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

14 Amendments to Terms

PKR123 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PKR123 will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where required, notice may also be provided via email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

15 Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting PKR123 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, subject to your Account being in good standing and KYC verification being complete.

PKR123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is identified;
• The Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory request or law enforcement inquiry;
• The user has registered from a restricted jurisdiction;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period as specified in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings and, where lawfully permitted, other balances may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as disclosed in the Platform's current regulatory disclosures.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. PKR123 makes no representation that the services provided are lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction outside the Operator's licensed territory.

Any disputes arising between you and PKR123 should in the first instance be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by the Operator's licensing authority.
